　　三和精化（00301）早盘涨超10.99%，高见5.35港元，创上市新高。该股自6月初以来持续攀升，近一个月股价累涨超1.7倍。截至发稿，股价上涨10.99%，现报5.35港元，成交额804.66万港元。

　　三和精化日前公布，根据集团截至2026年5月31日止五个月未经审计的管理账目及现时可取得的财务资料，集团取得净利润不少于人民币250万元，而截至2025年6月30日止六个月取得净亏损约人民币1140万元。利润增加的主要原因为销售及分销开支以及行政开支减少；及出售附属公司股权的收益。预期集团截至2026年6月30日止六个月的业绩将取得扭亏为盈，且利润增加。
