Sandmartin International's (HKG:0482) Chairman Kuo Jen Hao ceased to hold the role effective Thursday due to his own business commitments.
The electronics products manufacturer named Xu Haohao as its new chairman effective the same day, according to a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing.
Xu is currently a major shareholder and executive director of Yuen Wo International.
