7月10日，山东黄金（600547.SH）发布公告称，公司董事会近日收到董事长、法定代表人韩耀东提交的书面辞职报告。因组织安排工作调动，韩耀东申请辞去公司第七届董事会董事、董事长、法定代表人、董事会战略委员会主任委员、董事会提名委员会委员、董事会审计委员会委员职务，离任后其将不在公司及公司控股子公司担任任何职务。本次韩耀东的辞职未导致公司董事会人数低于法定最低人数，其辞职报告自送达公司董事会之日起生效。目前韩耀东已对所负责的相关职务工作完成合理安排和交接，不会对公司董事会运作、日常管理、生产经营产生不利影响。
