本集团主要于香港从事餐厅营运业务。一木投资(四季4)有限公司为本公司的间接全资附属公司，专注于该地区的餐厅营运。董事会认为，订立租赁协议为本集团带来扩大其餐厅网络的重大机遇，符合其整体业务发展策略。
