迪诺斯环保（01452）发布公告，于2026年7月10日，公司拟向认购人（赵姝女士，执行董事及控股股东）配发及发行1.78亿股认购股份，相当于于本公告日期公司现有已发行股本的30.00%；及于紧随完成后经配发及发行认购股份扩大后公司已发行股本的约23.08%。认购价为每股认购股份0.1368港元，较7月10日收市价每股0.164港元折让约16.59%。股份认购所得款项总额将约为2433万港元，所得款项净额将约为2333万港元。
股份认购所得款项净额拟用作以下用途：（i）约20%的所得款项净额用于提升及升级制造波纹平板式催化剂所需的生产设备；（ii）约60%的所得款项净额用于采购脱一氧化碳催化剂所需的原材料，包括但不限于核心贵金属；（iii）约20%的所得款项净额用作一般营运资金。
