智通财经APP讯，炙龙控股(08493)发布公告，于2026年7月9日，本公司间接全资附属公司炙龙商业管理(作为租户)与百兴国际(作为业主)就租赁该等物业订立租赁协议，自2026年8月17日起计为期三年，以供本集团用作办公室。
该等物业为香港九龙尖沙咀科学馆道9号新东海中心11楼1112–1113 室。
炙龙商业管理签订租赁协议，租赁该等物业以供本集团用作办公室。本公司管理层一直竭尽全力制定切实可行的商业策略，以促进集团旗下中餐厅的未来业务发展。截至本公告发布之日，自2026年1月以来，集团已新开设叁家餐厅。管理层认为，租赁办公室体现了公司致力于长期发展集团业务的决心，并将为集团带来更高的营运和管理效率。
