智通财经APP讯，同仁堂科技(01666)发布公告，自2026年7月9日起，(i)韩贯召先生(韩先生)因 工作调整，已辞任本公司董事会秘书;及(ii)马咏仪女士(马女士)因工作调整，不再担任香港联合交易所有限公司(联交所) 证券上市规则(上市规则) 第 3.05条项下的本公司授权代表(授权代表)。马女士仍然担任本公司的公司秘书及本公司根据上市规则第19A.13(2)条及公司条例(香港法例第622章)第16部项下代表本公司于香港接收法律程序文件及通知之代理人。
自2026年7月9日起，梅哲女士(梅女士)获委任为本公司授权代表、董事会秘书，并获委任为本公司联席公司秘书，与马女士共同为董事会及本公司提供服务。
