消息面上，据市场媒体报道，伊朗外交部7月8日发表声明称，美军针对伊朗南部的袭击，连同美方决定撤销伊朗石油销售许可、违反伊朗在霍尔木兹海峡的安排，以及以色列对黎巴嫩持续的军事侵略与恐怖主义行径，已致使结束战争的谅解备忘录的重要且根本的条款形同虚设。另一边，特朗普在北约峰会期间回应相关提问时表示，与伊朗的谅解备忘录“已经终结”。特朗普还表示，可能会对伊朗重新实施海上封锁，并再次实施打击。
截至7月8日下午收盘，国内期货市场原油主力合约2608录得6.24%的单日涨幅，近两个交易日累计涨幅达到7.5%。原油强势拉动下，能化商品价格近期整体走强。兴业期货分析，过去一周中国原油进口量大幅反弹，此前持续低迷的采购情绪出现拐点。库存方面，API数据显示美国成品油大幅降库，整体库存维持极低水位。整体看，伊朗已表态将采取必要措施回应，地缘走向决定油价反弹高度。
