随着日本财务大臣片山皋月发表讲话，日本20年期和40年期国债收益率下跌，日元汇率走强。

　　20年期收益率跌8.5个基点至3.78%；40年期收益率跌7个基点至3.965%；日本10年期国债收益率下跌6个基点至2.815%。

　　日元兑美元涨0.3%至161.98。

　　片山皋月称，日本将通过降低债务占GDP的比例来确保市场信任，并表示她支持日本政府养老金投资基金（GPIF）进行金融资产投资。
