新华财经新加坡7月10日电 近日，工行新加坡分行作为联席簿记管理人，成功助力浙江能源国际有限公司（简称“浙能国际”）发行32亿元离岸人民币绿色债券。据悉，这是近期中资国企发行规模最大的离岸人民币绿色债券之一。
浙能国际是大型国有企业浙江省能源集团有限公司（简称“浙能集团”）的全资子公司，是浙能集团在海外的核心投融资平台与国际能源贸易主体，是浙能集团参与“一带一路”建设的重要前沿阵地。浙能国际本次离岸人民币债券发行吸引了亚太地区主流机构和高净值个人投资者关注，订单簿总量达到预期发行规模数倍，体现出优质人民币金融资产受到国际市场的广泛认可和欢迎。
近年来，工行新加坡分行依托人民币清算行布局优势，持续提升人民币综合金融服务能力，助力企业机构发行人民币债券。据介绍，2023年至今，该行协助发行的人民币债券总规模超900亿元，其中离岸人民币债券的发行规模超800亿元。
