Temple & Webster Group (ASX:TPW) received notice that AMP (ASX:AMP) and its affiliates became a substantial holder of the company on Wednesday, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.
AMP now owns 6.4 million shares in the company, representing 5.46% of the issued shares, the filing said.
Temple & Webster's shares fell around 2% in recent Friday trade, while AMP declined about 1%.
