　　中国生物制药（01177）早盘涨超5%，截至发稿，股价上涨5.39%，现报5.08港元，成交额2.39亿港元。

　　7月8日，中国生物制药发布公告，集团附属公司正大天晴药业集团股份有限公司（“正大天晴”）进一步深化与葛兰素史克“GSK”于2026年5月达成的独家战略合作，推动两款呼吸领域重磅创新药物惠及更多中国患者。本次合作是集团与GSK战略合作的又一重要进展，标志着双方合作领域从肝病进一步拓展至呼吸系统疾病。

　　根据协议条款，集团将获得GSK两款呼吸领域创新药：氟替美维吸入粉雾剂（商品名：全再乐，Trelegy Ellipta）、乌美溴铵维兰特罗吸入粉雾剂（商品名：欧乐欣，Anoro Ellipta）在中国内地的商业化权益。集团将负责该等产品在中国内地的进口、分销、医院准入以及推广和非推广活动，该等产品产生的全部销售收入将确认为正大天晴的营业收入。
