ChainCatcher 消息，据 Bits.media 报道，俄罗斯最大私营银行阿尔法银行（Alfa-Bank）宣布计划成为数字托管机构并提供加密货币相关服务，不仅面向自身客户，也面向其他法人实体。阿尔法银行运营总监 Dmitry Vitman 表示，银行希望基于开放区块链创建投资工具以吸引外国投资者，并发展能在国际市场竞争的自有产品和工具。
他预计政府加密监管法案生效后，俄罗斯可能于 2026 年底至 2027 年初出现零售经纪业务，涉及俄罗斯和外国基础设施，但大规模流动性预计不早于 2027 年底。数字托管机构是受监管实体，根据俄罗斯法律负责监控所有客户加密交易并冻结向未经国家批准地址的转账。
