消息面上，根据TrendForce预测，8英寸SiC衬底的出货份额将于2030年突破20%。东北证券指出，天岳先进当前所处的竞争位置已经从“国内重要参与者”逐步走向“全球头部竞争者”。据公司官网披露，2025年公司碳化硅衬底整体市场份额及8英寸产品市场份额均位居全球第一。碳化硅衬底行业属于典型的高门槛材料赛道，全球竞争格局呈现“国际头部集中、本土厂商追赶、结构分化加速”的特征。
中金研报指出，在AI算力走向高密度、连续满载、强瞬态冲击之后，高压架构是数据中心供电系统发展的确定方向。在硬件技术进步推动下，2026年数据中心高压架构迎来落地元年。该行认为，SiC/GaN等核心第三代化合物半导体器件有望持续受益于数据中心电力相关系统升级，SiC有望统领机房侧(灰区)应用，而GaN有望在机柜内(白区)大规模渗透，从灰、白区分界线形成“SiC左，GaN向右”的市场格局，共同受益于数据中心电源方案迭代。
