路透7月9日 - 瑞士医院房地产公司Infracore（INFRACC.S）的股票周四在瑞士证券交易所首次上市，股价较发行价下跌约1.5%。
该股开盘价为54瑞士法郎（与发行价持平），随后在0743 GMT前跌至52.6瑞士法郎，公司市值约为8.26亿瑞士法郎(10.3亿美元)。
该公司拥有近50处位于瑞士的医疗地产，总价值约14亿瑞士法郎。其主要租户是瑞士第二大私立医院运营商瑞士医疗网络（Swiss Medical Network）。
此次上市包括新发行股份以及大股东Medical Properties Trust MPT.N 出售的股份。
Infracore表示，将把约2亿瑞士法郎的募集资金总额主要用于扩大其房地产投资组合并偿还股东贷款。
大股东Medical Properties Trust和Aevis Victoria AEVS.S 在IPO后仍将持有大量股份。
