金吾财讯 | 据外媒周四消息，法国能源巨头道达尔能源(TTE)官宣完成欧洲区域 170 兆瓦分布式太阳能资产组合剥离，本次交易是其可再生能源业务资本循环、优化资产盈利结构的关键一步。据报道，本次出售标的全部欧洲分布式光伏项目由独立新能源运营商 Amarenco 与 AMPYR Distributed Energy 联合接盘。交易完成后，两家收购方将承接全部光伏电站运营工作，持续保障原有工商业及居民用户稳定供电，终端用电服务不受资产权属变更影响。公司披露，本次剥离服务于中长期能源转型战略：相较于分布式光伏，大型集中式风光电站、绿氢、储能等项目具备更高利润率，道达尔能源计划回笼资金加码优质大体量可再生能源资产。这并非公司首次同类操作，此前道达尔已先后处置北美、希腊区域可再生能源股权，持续对一体化电力业务进行轻量化调整，盘活存量资本。行业分析指出，分布式光伏单体规模小、运维成本分散，盈利弹性弱于大型新能源基地。全球油气巨头普遍开启资产筛选，通过出售低收益分散项目回笼现金流，集中投向适配 AI 算力、工业绿电需求的高毛利新能源资产，本轮资产处置潮或将持续贯穿 2026 年。
