本期债券发行时间为2026年7月8日至2026年7月9日，其中品种一发行期限为3年，最终发行规模为31.3亿元，最终票面利率为1.67%，认购倍数为2.45倍;品种二发行期限为5年，最终发行规模为18.8亿元，最终票面利率为1.79%，认购倍数为2.26倍。本期债券募集资金拟用于偿还公司债券“24广发12”及“24广发01”。
