金吾财讯 | 据报道，7月上旬深圳二手房成交依然保持增长，各类购房需求稳步释放。深圳贝壳研究院监测数据显示：7月1-12日贝壳深圳合作门店二手房签约量较去年同期增长20%，创下近6年同期新高。据深圳贝壳研究院监测，往年7月受高温多雨天气、小孩暑假出游、置业者观望情绪影响，楼市通常迎来阶段性降温，但今年深圳二手房市场走出明显“淡季不淡”的逆势行情，成交规模稳步上行，真实自住需求保持稳定释放态势。该研究院分析认为，行情回暖主要源于两大支撑：其一，“429新政”红利持续发酵，前期积压的首次购房、置换改善需求有序释放；另一方面，高端豪宅持续热销，从市场预期、置换链条、区域热度传导等多个层面拉动整体二手房市场回暖，成为本轮成交热度走高的重要助推力量。
