【蔚来李斌回应友商智驾兜底】在蔚来 ES8 大五座上市发布会的次日，蔚来创始人李斌接受媒体采访，针对友商推出的智驾“兜底”服务发表观点。 李斌表示：“如果确实是因为系统本身的原因造成损失，按照我们的服务标准，我不觉得我们公司会不兜底。我们也没有必要发一个声明去说这个事。”“如果是我们系统的原因，如果是因为我们功能不完善带来损失，从我们的角度来讲，事实上都是要站在用户的视角、从用户的利益出发解决这些问题。” 李斌还表示：“我说实话，没有特别去研究这个事情，我们其实一直都是这么做的。”
