智通财经APP讯，绿色能源科技集团(00979)发布公告，于2026年7月15日，本公司与配售代理订立配售协议，据此，本公司已有条件地同意透过配售代理以尽力基准按每股配售股份0.4港元的配售价配售合共最多1.36亿股配售股份。
假设本公司已发行股本自本公布日期至完成期间并无变动，则配售股份相当于(i) 本公布刊登日期的本公司现有已发行股本约10.00%;及(ii)经配发及发行配售股份扩大后的本公司已发行股本约9.09%。配售事项的配售股份最高面值总额为 135.63万港元。
配售价为每股配售股份0.4港元，较股份于2026年7月15日在联交所所报的收市价每股0.305港元溢价约31.15%。
假设所有配售股份获悉数配售，配售事项所得款项总额将约为5430万港元，而配售事项所得款项净额(经扣除配售事项产生的配售佣金及其他相关开支后)将约为5310万港元。本公司拟将配售事项所得款项净额用作本集团一般营运资金，包括但不限于租金、薪金及其他行政开支。
