金吾财讯 | 美国抵押贷款银行家协会发布的抵押贷款申请周报显示，截至 7 月 10 日当周，抵押贷款综合指数环比下跌 2.7%，报 259.1；前一周该指数环比下滑 2.2%，报 266.3。购房贷款指数环比下降 7.3%，录得 157.2，前一周环比小幅下跌 0.6% 至 169.5；再融资贷款指数环比上涨 3.5%，报 821.9，此前一周该指数环比下跌 4.1% 至 794.4。当期 30 年期固定抵押贷款利率为 6.65%，前一周利率为 6.58%。抵押贷款银行家协会副总裁、副首席经济学家 Joel Kan 表示，30 年期固定抵押贷款利率升至 6.65%，创 2025 年 8 月以来最高水平，带动抵押贷款申请总量下滑。Joel Kan 同时称，尽管抵押贷款利率上行，再融资申请规模仍有所增长，其中联邦住房管理局贷款再融资申请、退伍军人事务部贷款再融资申请分别环比上升 9%、10%。
