金吾财讯 | 国际药企巨头阿斯利康(AZN)官宣重大药品引进合作，与江苏迪哲医药达成独家授权协议，以6亿美元预付款，拿下后者核心肺癌药物Zegfrovy（sunvozertinib）的全球开发与商业化权益，通过落地国产创新靶向药补强自身肿瘤治疗产品矩阵，完善全球抗肿瘤药物布局体系。
Zegfrovy属于新型口服不可逆表皮生长因子受体抑制剂，临床定位清晰，已先后获得美国、中国两地药监机构获批，适用于携带EGFR 20号外显子插入突变的局部晚期或转移性非小细胞肺癌成年患者，主要用于患者经铂类化疗方案治疗后病情进展的后续治疗，填补细分突变靶点的临床用药空白。本次合作设置阶梯式收益机制，迪扎尔制药后续还可获得最高9亿美元的浮动收益，涵盖临床开发、产品销售里程碑奖励以及分级特许权使用费。
本次跨境药企授权交易预计在2026年下半年正式完成交割，落地前提为满足行业常规成交条件并通过相关监管审批。阿斯利康官方明确，本次合作不会对公司2026年整体财务业绩预期造成扰动，依托成熟的全球商业化渠道，公司将快速推进这款国产创新药的海外临床落地与市场放量，拓宽全球肿瘤治疗管线收入来源。
