路透7月14日 - 澳大利亚的Steadfast SDF.AX 周二表示，全球投资公司KKR KKR.N 已加入由Amwins集团和Dragoneer Investment组成的财团，共同推进其以77亿澳元(53.3亿美元)收购该保险经纪公司的提案。

Steadfast表示，Amwins和Dragoneer已确认，KKR的参与不会影响各方目前正在协调的交易时间表。
