智通财经APP获悉，周二，爱立信(ERIC.US)开盘大跌超11%，较6月初高点累跌22%，现报10.41美元。消息面上，爱立信公布2026年第二季度财报。受专利授权收入减少拖累，当季净销售额同比下滑6.1%至526.9亿瑞典克朗(约合56.1亿美元)，低于市场预期的536.1亿克朗。但调整后毛利率逆势升至48.4%，超出市场预估的47.9%;调整后EBITA为69亿克朗，高于共识预期的67.1亿克朗，调整后EBITA利润率13.1%亦高于预期的12.5%。净利润同比下跌12%至41亿克朗。即将离任的首席执行官Börje Ekholm在声明中表示：“第二季业绩充分体现了我们产品组合的实力及严格的执行力”。
展望第三季度，爱立信预计网络业务销售增长将高于过去三年的平均季节性规律，调整后毛利率预测区间为48%至50%。并购前自由现金流本季同比大跌85%至4亿克朗，现金流状况仍需关注。
