智通财经APP讯，红星美凯龙(01528)发布公告，本集团预期2026年半年度净利润为约人民币1800万元至人民币2700万元，而本集团截至2025年6月30日止6个月(2025年半年度)取得的亏损为人民币21.08亿元。预计2026半年度本集团实现归属于股东的净利润为人民币1300万元至人民币2000万元，与2025年半年度本集团归属于股东的净亏损约人民币19.55亿元相比，实现扭亏为盈。
2026年半年度，本公司聚焦核心主业，自营商场出租率逐步企稳，随着持续推动降本增效，2026年半年度期间费用大幅降低，单体商场的经营品质明显提升，盈利能力及现金流均得到了改善。同时，根据国家统计局资料，2026年5月房价指标持续边际好转，投资性房地产的市场估值企稳，2026年半年度期间投资性房地产的公允价值变动损失和相关资产的减值损失同比大幅收窄。综上原因，本公司2026年半年度归属于股东的净利润扭亏为盈。
