ChainCatcher 消息，据 Cryptonomist 报道，美国银行家协会、美国独立社区银行家协会等银行业团体正敦促参议院进一步收紧 CLARITY Act 中与稳定币收益相关的条款。此前，参议院银行委员会已于 2026 年 5 月 14 日 以 15 比 9 票通过该法案，并纳入参议员 Thom Tillis 与 Angela Alsobrooks 推动的部分修订，但银行业方面认为，现有文本仍未完全堵住稳定币“类收益”激励空间。
美国独立社区银行家协会此前测算称，若法案未进一步强化收益限制，稳定币可能导致银行体系流失约 1.3 万亿美元存款，并使社区银行放贷能力减少约 8500 亿美元，进而影响小企业、农业及欠发达地区家庭的信贷获取。
