资深投资人乔治·诺布尔(George Noble)近期重申极端看空立场，核心担忧在于即将到来的大规模内部人士抛售。据诺布尔测算，从第二季度财报发布后开始，公司内部人持股将分阶段解禁，到9月初内部人士最多可出售公司约44%的股份，届时可流通股将激增约900%。这部分股份以极低成本购入，存在巨大的获利了结动机。诺布尔指出，SpaceX上市前在私募市场的稀缺性是支撑其高估值的核心因素。IPO后这一稀缺性消失，此前人为制造的“逼空”行情随之逆转。公司IPO时市销率超过90倍，而2026年第一季度净亏损高达42.76亿美元，基本面与估值的严重脱节开始主导股价回归。
