消息面上，据央视新闻报道，当地时间7月13日，美国总统特朗普在白宫对媒体表示，他仍认为美国与伊朗有可能达成协议，“伊朗希望达成协议，并已重新与美方接触”。特朗普同时称，美军将继续对伊朗发动猛烈打击，大幅削弱伊朗影响霍尔木兹海峡通行的能力，同时正在恢复“仅针对伊朗的封锁”，任何与伊朗开展业务的船只将无法通过，其他国家和船只仍可正常通行。
北京时间7月14日凌晨，国际油价强势上攻，盘中涨幅扩大至10%。齐盛期货分析师表示，地缘政治风险对盘面的支撑力度最终取决于是否会对原油供应产生实质性影响。本轮美伊冲突规模较大且频率密集，对霍尔木兹海峡的影响更多是短期干扰。若美伊冲突事件引起伊朗极端报复，美国再度封锁伊朗海上石油出口通道，那么原油市场将出现新一轮供应短缺，油价有望持续上涨；如果仅仅是短期摩擦，那么油价反弹将是短期行为。
