智通财经APP讯，博泰车联(02889)发布公告，基于《H股公司境内未上市股份申请“全流通”业务指引》并考虑到公司自股东接获的意向，经公司董事会于2026年7月13日批准，公司拟将公司7169.78万股内资股(占公司于本公告日期已发行股份总数约44.31%)，转换为公司H股，以实行H股全流通。
于本公告日期，公司尚未就H股全流通向中国证监会提交申请备案文件。于取得所有相关批准及╱或备案(包括中国证监会的备案通知及联交所的批准)及遵守所有适用法律、法规及规则后，该等内资股将转换为H股，以及公司将申请该等H股于联交所主板上市及买卖。根据公司的公司章程，H股全流通毋须公司股东进一步批准。
