7月13日，华润置地（01109）发布公告，截至2026年6月30日止一个月，公司及其附属公司实现总合同销售金额约229.9亿元，总合同销售建筑面积约80万平方米，分别按年减少2.0%及11.0%。
2026年前6月累计合同销售金额约1165亿元，总合同销售建筑面积约316万平方米，分别按年增长5.6%及减少23.2%。
2026年6月，公司经常性收入约44.6亿元，按年增长7.1%，其中，经营性不动产收租型业务租金收入约28.7亿元，按年增长10.7%。
2026年前6月累计经常性收入约264.7亿元，按年增长7.6%，其中，经营性不动产收租型业务租金收入约178.7亿元，按年增长12.6%。
