芯智控股发布公告，配售协议所载的所有条件已获达成，配售代理已向不少于六名承配人配售合共9773.6万股配售股份。配售事项于2026年7月13日完成。根据配售协议的条款及条件，该9773.6万股配售股份已按配售价每股配售股份3.00港元，配发及发行予不少于六名承配人，相当于紧随配售协议完成后经配发及发行所有配售股份扩大的公司已发行股本约16.67%。
