【湖北宜化：拟用不超16亿元闲置募资进行现金管理】湖北宜化公告称，公司于7月16日召开董事会，审议通过使用暂时闲置募集资金进行现金管理的议案。公司及子公司拟使用不超16亿元闲置募集资金，投资安全性高、流动性好的保本型银行理财产品或存款类产品，期限不超12个月，资金可循环滚动使用。本次可转债实际募资净额32.82亿元，募投项目建设周期使资金短期内闲置。该事项已通过董事会、审计委员会、独立董事会议审议，保荐机构无异议。
