格隆汇7月14日丨高鑫零售(06808.HK)宣布，2026年7月13日，公司根据购股权计划的条款向95名承授人授出合共约1.66亿份购股权，惟须待接纳后方可作实。 兹提述公司日期为2023年8月18日的公告，内容有关根据公司购股权计划向若干合资格参与者(“前次承授人”)授出6000万份购股权，赋予过往承授人权利按行使价每股2.18港元认购公司股本中合共6000万股股份。截至本公告日期，5000万份购股权因部分过往承授人辞任后不再为合资格参与者而失效，80万份购股权已行使，其余920万份购股权均尚未行使(“未行使购股权”)。除上述披露外，购股权计划项下无其他未行使购股权。 为使前次承授人的激励条件与公司现行激励框架保持一致，2026年7月13日，董事会议决根据购股权计划注销未行使购股权，而向前次承授人授出的新购股权已于上文披露。根据购股权计划的规定，注销的购股权将就计算计划授权限额而言被视为已动用。
