美股二季度财报季即将正式拉开帷幕。五大华尔街大型银行——摩根大通、美国银行、花旗集团、富国银行和高盛——将于7月14日（周二）盘前集中发布第二季度财务业绩。摩根士丹利则紧随其后，于周三公布财报。

　　市场对本季度银行业绩抱有较高期待。标普500指数整体盈利预计同比增长约23%至24%，其中金融板块预计将贡献12.6%的利润增长。推动银行本季度业绩的核心动力，被普遍认为是投资银行业务的复苏和交易收入的大幅增长。

　　据报道，五大行二季度交易收入预计总计将接近390亿美元，股票交易收入有望接近历史高点。市场波动加剧和客户交易活动增加是主要推动因素。以高盛为例，其股票交易部门本季度收入有望突破50亿美元。

　　在投资银行业务方面，资本市场活动回暖及标志性交易（如太空探索技术公司史上最大IPO和Alphabet大规模股票发行）提供了强劲支撑。上半年全球投行费用收入达614亿美元，同比增长24%。高盛今年前六个月已参与超过1万亿美元的并购交易咨询，创下历史最快纪录。

　　相比之下，消费银行业务表现预计更为复杂。虽然商业和工业贷款增长加速，但投资者仍将关注存款成本、贷款需求及消费者信贷质量等指标。净利息收入的可持续性正成为市场新的关注焦点。
