智通财经APP获悉，内房股多数上扬，截至发稿，中国海外发展(00688)涨3.82%，报13.58港元；万科企业(02202)涨3.33%，报2.48港元；华润置地(01109)涨3.09%，报34.68港元；绿城中国(03900)涨3.07%，报7.39港元。
消息面上，7月15日，国家统计局发布数据显示，上半年房地产市场出现多方面积极变化：一线城市房价连续4个月环比上涨，二手房市场交易活跃，商品房待售面积连续4个月下降。国家统计局副局长毛盛勇在国新办新闻发布会上介绍，当前二手房交易面积已和新房销售面积相当，近3个月新房、二手房交易总量连续实现正增长。
开源证券指出，2026上半年房地产行业仍处销售弱修复+供给收缩的分化格局中。新房库存持续下降表明市场需求端正在缓慢修复，去库存政策效果开始显现。投资端加速探底，房企资金压力未减，市场内生修复动力仍弱。展望下半年，在政策端去库存、控增量的基调下，叠加低基数效应，市场回稳的趋势有望延续。
