智通财经APP讯，强泰环保(01395)发布公告，于2026年7月14日(交易时段后)，买方 PT Rimba Palma Sejahtera Lestari(本公司的间接非全资附属公司)与卖方香港芯鑫科技有限公司订立买卖协议，据此，买方将以351.2万美元(相当于约2739.36万港元)的代价向卖方购置该设备。
该设备包含1600台VolcMiner D1(一款专用积体电路机器)连同所有随附组件、配件及文件。
本集团营运一间具备现有发电能力及相关基础设施的生物质发电厂。收购事项构成本集团策略的一部分，旨在透过拓展高性能运算及数字基础设施服务，提升其能源资产的商业价值。
根据长期商业安排，ASIC设备将部署于本集团的数据中心内，向客户提供受管理的数字处理能力及相关基础设施服务。透过将发电与数据中心营运整合，本集团预期可提高其发电资产的使用率、实现其收入来源多元化以及从塬本可能输送至电网或未被充分利用的电力中获取更大价值。
董事相信，收购事项将提升本集团的数字基础设施能力，提高于不同商业应用之间调配可用电力资源的营运灵活性，并使本集团可从能源密集型运算服务日益增长的需求中获益。
