中国质量新闻网讯 为进一步规范辖区免予办理强制性产品认证（以下简称CCC免办）业务管理，压实企业主体责任，破解申报难题，日前，天津市西青区市场监管局组织开展政策宣讲会，辖区23家企业参会。

本次宣讲围绕企业CCC免办申报、使用、核销全流程关键环节，紧扣日常监管发现的申报不规范、台账不完善、证后管理松散等问题，精准开展政策解读与业务指导。会上，工作人员强调CCC免办申报核心要求，详细梳理CCC免办适用场景、申报条件、材料规范、审批流程及禁止性规定，明确科研测试、样品展示、设备配套等各类免办情形的申报标准，纠正企业以往申报中的误区。聚焦CCC免办系统证后闭环管理，工作人员重点解读产品入境登记、使用管控、按期核销、台账留存、数据溯源等关键要点，要求企业做到产品来源可查、去向可追、用途可控、核销可溯，树牢合规经营意识，严格开展日常管理，并针对企业提出的核销时限、资料归档、异常报备等问题逐一答疑解惑。
