智通财经APP讯，华润置地(01109)发布公告，截至2026年6月30日止1个月，集团实现总合同销售金额约人民币229.9亿元，总合同销售建筑面积约79.9万平方米，分别按年减少2.0%及11.0%。2026年前6月累计合同销售金额约人民币1165.0亿元，总合同销售建筑面积约316.2万平方米，分别按年增长5.6%及减少23.2%。
2026年6月，集团经常性收入约人民币44.6亿元，按年增长7.1%，其中，经营性不动产收租型业务租金收入约人民币28.7亿元，按年增长10.7%。2026年前6月累计经常性收入约人民币264.7亿元，按年增长7.6%，其中，经营性不动产收租型业务租金收入约人民币178.7亿元，按年增长12.6%。
