罚单显示，名阳保险销售有限责任公司吉林分公司的主要违法违规行为是：利用业务便利为其他机构或个人谋取不正当利益。
针对上述违法行为，吉林金融监管局对名阳保险销售有限责任公司吉林分公司罚款30万元；对赵雪峰警告并罚款7万元，禁止吕柯言17年内进入保险业，禁止武彦斌16年内进入保险业，禁止盛忠杰15年内进入保险业，禁止王欢欢11年内进入保险业。
