Incyte's Latarcibart Cuts Bleeding Rates in Phase 1/2 Trial in Patients With von Willebrand Disease

Incyte (INCY) said Monday that results from a phase 1/2 trial of latarcibart showed an 81% median reduction in annualized bleeding rate in patients with von Willebrand disease, a type of bleeding disorder.

The treatment was also found to be safe and well tolerated.

A phase 3 trial for the drug is currently enrolling, the company said.
