Shandong Gold Mining (SHA:600547, HKG:1787) elected Wang Chenglong as board chairman following the resignation of Han Yaodong due to work reassignment under organizational arrangements, according to weekend filings with the Shanghai Stock Exchange.
Wang currently serves as the gold miner's deputy chief engineer and head of operations management.
Shanghai-listed shares of the miner were down 3% in recent trade.
