截至2026年6月30日止6个月公司拥有人应占净利润及经调整净利润(非国际财务报告会计准则计量)的预期下降，主要归因于部分素养学习中心的初期运营周期以及市场渗透所需的准备时间比预期长。因此，该等学习中心(在运营初期)所产生收入仍相对有限，而包括员工费用及福利、摊销、折旧、公用事业及物业管理开支等在内的直接经营成本，相对于其产生的收入而言，仍然处于较高水平，从而对集团的整体盈利能力产生了负面影响。
