消息面上，近日，飞速创新发布公告，公司(作为买方)与陈群、汪革、陈志强、许静、李闯、徐建明、刘宇、倪新平、杨芙蓉、俞亚琴、徐朝阳、陈孝敏、徐剑、彭双庭、周艳(作为卖方)及上海博达数据通信有限公司(目标公司)订立股权转让协议。据此，公司有条件同意收购，而卖方有条件同意出售彼等合共持有的目标公司100%股权，代价为人民币3.3亿元。
公告称，本次收购为集团深耕网络基础设施赛道、巩固长远竞争优势的核心战略布局，核心目标为全面升级集团研发创新、规模制造、供应链管理及全球服务四大核心板块综合实力。通过吸收博达逾30年数据通信行业积淀的完整研发体系、产线、全线产品矩阵及资深技术团队，集团得以夯实硬件自主研发与稳定供货底盘，显著强化集团在企业网络、数据中心、AI算力基础设施等高增长、高价值下游场景的竞争优势，持续拓宽收入来源、巩固全球市场份额，为集团长期稳健增长筑牢坚实能力基础。
