智通财经APP获悉，内房股延续近期反弹，截至发稿，融信中国(03301)涨8.16%，报0.053港元；越秀地产(00123)涨4.56%，报3.67港元；新城发展(01030)涨4.35%，报1.44港元；万科企业(02202)涨2.56%，报2.4港元。
消息面上，国家统计局副局长毛盛勇15日在国务院新闻办发布会上介绍，上半年房地产市场出现了一些积极变化，体现在四个方面：一是一线城市商品住宅销售价格环比连续4个月上涨，二是全国商品房待售面积连续4个月下降，三是二手房交易比较活跃，四是房地产市场预期有所改善。
数据显示，3月份以来，一线城市新建商品住宅、二手住宅销售价格环比均连续4个月在上涨。3-6月份，一线城市新建商品住宅销售价格月环比涨幅在0.1%-0.2%之间。二手住宅涨幅在0.3%-0.4%之间。二三线城市商品住宅销售价格总体降幅收窄。此外，6月末，全国商品房待售面积同比下降0.9%，降幅比上月扩大0.5个百分点，也是连续4个月下降。
