Stocks to Watch: Pentair, Aehr Test Systems, Celcuity, Schmid Group

Pentair cut its revenue outlook for the year, citing declining pool sales, and said its chief financial officer had resigned. Shares slid 13% to $65.55 in after-hours trading on Tuesday.

Aehr Test Systems swung to a profit in its fiscal fourth quarter. The stock surged 27% to $91.56 after the bell.

Celcuity's breast cancer treatment, Revtorpyk, was approved by the Food and Drug Administration. Shares ran up in the last hour of Tuesday's session, closing up 7% at $11.05, before falling 5.5% to $105.00 after hours.

Schmid Group lifted its full-year order intake guidance. The stock gained 11% to $5.02 after hours.
