消息面上，近日，和誉-B发布公告，本公司的附属公司上海和誉生物医药科技有限公司(和誉医药)宣布，公司在研的口服、高效力、高选择性小分子pan-KRAS抑制剂ABSK211用于治疗携带KRAS基因改变的晚期实体瘤患者的新药临床试验(IND)申请已获美国食品药品监督管理局(FDA)批准。此为本公司刊发的自愿性公告。本集团无法保证ABSK211最终将成功获批上市。
ABSK211是和誉医药自主研发的一款新型口服、高效力、高选择性小分子pan-KRAS抑制剂，旨在覆盖多种KRAS基因改变，包括常见KRAS突变亚型及特定扩增状态。临床前研究结果显示，ABSK211在单药及联合治疗场景中均展现出积极的抗肿瘤活性及良好的选择性，有望为携带KRAS基因改变的实体瘤患者提供新的治疗选择。
