Uber同意收购德国食品配送公司Delivery Hero SE，交易对后者的估值为148亿美元。
Uber周四在一份公告中证实，该公司提出以每股41.50欧元（47.60美元）的价格收购Delivery Hero全球业务的大部分，涵盖50个市场。这也证实了媒体早些时候的报道。
作为交易的一部分，Uber全盘收购Delivery Hero的大股东、在阿姆斯特丹上市的Prosus NV。
该交易还包括，投资公司SSW Partners将斥资约16亿美元收购14个市场业务。SSW将为这部分资产寻找买家，这些资产包括位于奥地利、挪威、西班牙和瑞典的业务子公司。
