【麦当劳批量抛售香港商铺，累计套现超10亿港元】麦当劳正在加速处置其在香港的自持商铺资产。7月14日，据《每日经济新闻》报道，麦当劳集团近日再度出手，以1.26亿港元的价格出售了位于香港大埔昌运中心的自用商铺。至此，麦当劳自启动香港商铺出售计划以来，已累计卖出11间商铺，合计套现超过10亿港元；仅2026年年内就已接连处置6处物业，套现金额突破6亿港元。 香港作为全球租金最高的城市之一，其单店物业价值远超运营利润，出售自持商铺可释放巨额资金，用于支持高增长市场的新店开发与技术投入。根据此前披露的数据，麦当劳在香港原本持有约23间自持门店物业，目前已售出11间，剩余12间将按计划逐步推向市场。首批8处待售物业市值约12亿港元，总持有物业估值近30亿港元。全部商铺的处置可能在2026至2027年间完成。
