【里昂：内地一线城市房价回稳 看好华润置地(01109.HK)等】智通财经APP获悉，里昂发布研报称，预期国有开发商可继续跑赢大市，首选华润置地(01109.HK)、中国金茂(00817.HK)及越秀地产(00123.HK)，华润置地、中国海外发展(00688.HK)、招商蛇口(001979.SZ)及中国金茂均已恢复增长。里昂对华润置地给予目标价42.4港元，中国金茂目标价2.43港元，越秀地产目标价5.5港元，全数给予“跑赢大市”评级。
