【天海电子：全资子公司收到破产企业债权分配款469.78万元】天海电子公告称，全资子公司天海环球因买卖合同纠纷起诉广汽菲亚特，2025年11月11日，法院裁定确认天海环球普通债权金额9395.57万元。2026年6月18日，广汽菲亚特管理人宣布本次普通债权清偿比例5%，后续完成后轮次分配后，普通债权分配比例共计约8%。7月16日，天海环球收到破产财产分配款469.78万元。截至2025年底，该笔应收账款已全额计提坏账准备，本次收款对利润的影响以后续司法程序及审计情况为准。
